If we take delivery of stock or are given a confirmed date as to when we can expect delivery of stock during this 14 day period, we will contact you to notify you so payment can be arranged and made. If you pay for your Pre-Order straight away, then we will notify you of when you can expect delivery as soon as we obtain that information from our distributor who obtain that information from the manufacturer (Hasbro etc).

On Pre-Orders, there can be a 2-3 week wait from the date of purchase before we take delivery of stock, that’s as long as there are no unforeseeable delays with the manufacturer, so please be patient.

We like to use pre-orders as a way of advertising upcoming stock as well as take orders and payment which pays for the stock. We list pre-orders up to 30 days in advance of us receiving stock to keep in line with eBay rules, and based on the initial date supplied to us via the distributor by the manufacturer (Hasbro etc). As above, the date supplied to us is subject to change and is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer (Hasbro etc).

You, the customer, have our Darth Reapers Realm guarantee that the product you, the customer, receives, is of factory sealed mint condition unless stated otherwise. You, the customer, have our Darth Reapers Realm guarantee that the product you, the customer, receives, comes direct from a Master Carton which has been stored safely, for which the product you, the customer receives, has not in any way been placed on a shop shelf or handled in any way by any member of the public. The product, you, the customer, receives will only have been handled, in bulk, in Master Cartons by the manufacturer, in the majority of cases, the distributor and finally, by Darth Reapers Realm staff.

It is well known that although an item may be case fresh C9+, there can quite often be slight defects to cards and bubbles which are caused during the manufacturing and packaging process at the manufacturer. Obviously, this is something we can do nothing about and if you purchase a Star Wars figure in-store in places like Toys R Us, you will be familiar with the slight defects we are referring to. Most of these defects are only noticeable from up close inspection except for in cases where there are slight warps in the cards which are more noticeable. This is just something that happens during the manufacturing and packaging process at the manufacturer. Sometimes the cases we purchase can arrive damaged which can sometimes lead to slight imperfections. We just think it is best to inform our customers of this to avoid any disappointment.

Other's on eBay will state that they do not pass these fees on to the customer - yet they do! Think about it! As an example, most of our competitors are charging more than us on Postage & Packaging, and they are charging you for their USED packaging materials which they get for free. In effect, they are not really charging you for those packaging materials, but are charging a higher Postage Packaging rate to cover PayPal & eBay fees.

We only use the "Postal Insurance" to offer you, the customer, the optional option to have Recorded Signed For.

We will not put our email address on here because there are organisations out there that seek out email addresses from websites, Blogs, etc, for the purpose of sending unsolicited junk emails.

We use Royal Mail services and in some cases we will use Parcel Force services, and despite Darth Reapers Realm dispatching the majority of orders normally within 24 hours of cleared payment, for unforeseen reasons and circumstances, Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force may fail to deliver.

The Royal Mail time period for declaring packages lost is 15 days from the dispatch date. So what is the point in letting us know in "negative feedback" that your order has not arrived when you could easily contact us to politely let us know your order has failed to arrive using the contact methods provided by eBay? There is no point in tarnishing Darth Reapers Realm's reputation for Royal Mail's failings to deliver.

We know how annoying it is when orders do not arrive on time so we ask you to be patient in such incidents and contact us so we can contact Royal Mail and see what, if any, the delays are and why your order has not been delivered to you. As a professional shop, it is our duty to deal with such things on your behalf and for us to send you replacement items.

The same principal applies for orders received damaged during transit. We package orders to the highest of standards and orders are shipped in immaculate condition - any damage on arrival has happened during transit due to the careless nature and handling of those at the Postal Company concerned. Again, be patient, report it to us so we can deal with those concerned, and we will send replacement items. Again, there is no need to tarnish our reputation due to the careless nature of Postal workers!

During postal strikes, we do not dispatch orders as they will end up lying around for whatever period of time. In these instances, your order's delivery will be delayed. Depending on the length of the postal strike will determine the length of delay in an order being received by you, the customer. We can only advise that you are patient.

In the event of 4 day postal strikes and longer, backlogs are the main reason orders will be delayed in delivery. Royal Mail will give priority to mail and parcels sent after any postal strike has ended, however, they will prioritise mail and parcels in a way that is beyond our control. Again, we can only advise that you are patient and give your order more time to arrive.

In the event of postal strikes, be advised that Darth Reapers Realm is based in Birmingham, West Midlands, and all our dispatched orders go through a large sorting office in Birmingham, one of the largest in the country. The backlogs of mail and parcels at this sorting office after even short 24 hour strikes, can be in the millions, while other sellers/shops on eBay are based in smaller cities and towns with much smaller sorting offices with much smaller backlogs. In such events as 2 day strikes or longer, dispatched orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive and this delay is purely down to Royal Mail services, the backlog, and their prioritising of mail and parcels in a specific order from specific dates onwards.

So please keep this in mind when there are postal strikes and the delivery of your order is delayed. We are on the side of our customers and we will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your dispatched order and it's estimated arrival time. So please do not leave us negative feedback on the delivery of your item regardless of the length of time it has taken to arrive as from the moment we dispatch your order, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal company and they are and take full responsibility for all delays in delivery to you, our customer.

Majority of people mark people down on dispatch time in the 5-star rating because they are including the "delivery time" of the Postal Company concerned. The delivery time from dispatch is beyond the control of Darth Reapers Realm, this is solely down to the Postal Company concerned. Customers need to be patient and consider that the "Dispatch 5-Star" rating system is purely for DISPATCH TIME, not DELIVERY TIME. eBay also states this. Again, it is pointless to tarnish the reputation of Darth Reapers Realm for delivery times that are beyond our control. If you are not happy with the time it takes for delivery, then you must take this issue up with the Postal Company concerned.

Please bear in mind, that Darth Reapers Realm's packages are sent in immaculate condition. We take pride and care in our packaging. Packages arriving crushed etc, is solely the responsibility of the Postal Company concerned, and their lack of due care. If items are damaged during transit, there is no need for negative feedback etc, as we will gladly replace any damaged items, yes, items damaged during transit - WE REPLACE THEM at the Postal Company's expense.

For example, any one of our competitors will charge £2.50 for the first Star Wars figure and 75p per additional Star Wars figure. If you were to purchase 3 Star Wars figures from them, you would be charged £3.95 P&P for those 3 Star Wars figures compared to our P&P fee of £2.53 including NEW packaging materials. When you check the weight against Royal Mail's tariff, you will find that 2-3 Star Wars figures fall between the weight range of 251-500g which costs just £1.84 whether it is 2 or 3 Star Wars figures. Not to mention how they also charge more for the item itself! We charge the minimum amount possible for our Postage & Packaging fees which include the Royal Mail postage cost and packaging materials.

Recorded Signed For is an additional service you, the customer, have the option to take out.

Darth Reapers Realm understands that it should be optional for a customer to opt for “Recorded Signed For” for which, we provide this additional service at an extra cost to you, the customer on top of the cost of 1^st or 2^nd class postage.

Because eBay, is an American based organisation and “Postal Insurance” is their equivalent to Royal Mail’s “Record Signed For”, we use the “Postal Insurance” section solely for the purpose of providing you, the customer, with the optional choice of opting for “Recorded Signed For” on top of the cost of 1^st or 2^nd class postage, or any other Royal Mail service that allows for “Recorded Signed For“ depending on weight and size. For some orders from Darth Reapers Realm, “Recorded Signed For” is already included in the total “Postage & Packaging” cost, for example the “Complete Set of Star Wars Wave 2 Figures”, the price is £4.95 which includes the 1^st class packet service, Recorded Signed For and all packaging materials.

Many on eBay force you, the customer, to have “Postal Insurance” and in many cases they are not even charging you the 50p to £1.00 fee, or more, for “Recorded Signed For”. They are in fact, charging it to you, the customer, to cover eBay listing costs for items and to help cover PayPal transaction fees.

So on top of our "Postage & Packaging Price Lists" which automatically combine "Postage Costs" for multiple purchases of a specific item, we also combine "Postage Costs" even further on multiple orders of various items. Purchase anything you wish from us and we'll combine the "Postage Cost". We have various size boxes which means we can fit anything into anything and deliver the cheapest possible "Postage & Packaging" to you, the customer.

We are always striving to lower postage costs to you, the customer, to save you money on postage. Bulk buying a larger volume of packaging materials, although the outlay at first, may seem high in cost, but that money is recouped over time in the long term. The higher the volume of packaging materials we purchase the cheaper they become per item of packaging material. Yes, it's a lot of money to outlay in one lump sum, but it provides a long term solution to cheaper postage costs to you, the customer. And with the future rise in postage costs direct from Royal Mail, we have to think of this in advance as every year, Royal Mail will be looking at increasing what we all pay for postage.

Darth Reapers Realm can not in any way be held responsible or accountable for any misinterpretation of a Postcode or Zip Code when the “letters” are in “lower case”.

For example, a “lower case” l(L)” can easily be mistaken for an “UPPER CASE “I(i)” in certain fonts. It is you, the customer, whose responsibility it is to ensure that your Postcode / Zip Code contains “UPPER CASE” letters. This is a guideline set out by Postal Companies around the world including Royal Mail.

It takes you, the customer, very little time to type your Postcode / Zip Code correctly using “UPPER CASE” letters, less time than it takes the staff at Darth Reapers Realm to check your Postcode / Zip Code with the appropriate Postal Company or to get a response from you, the customer, to confirm your Postcode / Zip Code.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's Airmail Small Packets unless stated otherwise. Other services may be required at an extra cost to you, the customer.

Darth Reapers Realm will charge a minimum packaging fee as possible to cover the cost of packaging materials and time spent packaging your item(s).

All listings will provide information on what packaging materials will be used for that particular item, and where possible, a choice will be given to you, the customer.

Darth Reapers Realm Packaging Materials consist of good quality Bubble Mailer Envelopes of various sizes, good quality single wall Boxes of various sizes, good quality void fill, good quality Bubble Wrap, good quality parcel tape.

Darth Reapers Realm does not believe in obtaining USED stock boxes from neighbouring stores, shops, newsagents or supermarkets and then charging you, the customer, high postage and packaging costs. Many so-called shops and other eBay sellers on eBay and many private sellers will obtain USED stock boxes from local stores, shops, newsagents or supermarkets, for which they get them for FREE and then charge you, their customer, high postage and packaging fees.

Darth Reapers Realm pays for new quality packaging materials for which we pass that cost on to you, our customer, and in the majority of cases, we are still cheaper on postage and packaging than those who obtain their packaging materials for FREE.

It is the responsibility of you, the customer / buyer, to cover the postage and packaging cost. Where possible, Darth Reapers Realm would prefer that returns are sent back in their original packaging.

Items must be returned in their original direct from factory or distributor condition or refund will not be given. Darth Reapers Realm dispatch items in their original direct from factory or distributor condition. All items Darth Reapers Realm dispatch are factory sealed and in brand new excellent condition unless stated otherwise. We may from time to time buy up damaged stock for retail.

Returns on Star Wars figures and vehicles can only be accepted in their original factory sealed condition. Unless they have arrived damaged during transit.

Misplaced by the Postal Company. Lost by the Postal Company during transit. Postal Company has somehow delivered the item to the wrong address and those at the address have failed to return the item to the Postal Company or to Darth Reapers Realm as we do provide a “Return Address” on every parcel. Someone at the Postal Company has stolen the parcel therefore them items therein. Or the parcel has been so severely damaged during transit, the Postal Company has returned the parcel and it’s contents to Darth Reapers Realm, for which we will inform you immediately.

For mainland Great Britain and the United Kingdom, and international, Darth Reapers Realm uses Royal Mail. Darth Reapers Realm has to abide by the guidelines set out by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail have a “15 Day Period” from the date of dispatch before they declare an item missing or lost. If after 15 days from you, our customer, receiving our dispatch notice, you still have not received your item(s), then please contact Darth Reapers Realm as soon as humanly possible.

As Darth Reapers Realm is a fully professional shop, it is our duty and responsibility to contact Royal Mail (for mainland Great Britain, United Kingdom, international) or any other Postal Company concerned about the non-delivery of goods to you, our customer.

Only after 15 days from date of dispatch receipt, and Royal Mail or the Postal Company concerned, declaring the parcel lost, can we, Darth Reapers Realm, send replacement items to you, our customer, depending on stock availability. If stock is unavailable we will offer a full refund.

Be advised that for mainland Great Britain and the United Kingdom, Royal Mail’s 15 day period also includes Saturday as Royal Mail consider this a normal working delivery day.
